Tier 1 Technologies is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. As a drone and advanced technology manufacturer and engineering company, we believe innovation should be accessible, inclusive, and usable by everyone. We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Tier 1 Technologies’ website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Tier 1 Technologies has taken measures to support accessibility. Our content is structured using accessible layout principles where possible. Headings and semantic structure are used to support screen reader interpretation where supported. Alternative text has been added to many meaningful images.
Color contrast combinations have been selected to improve readability. We utilize accessibility features available within the Wix platform and consider accessibility when publishing new content and making site updates.
Our website is built using the Wix website platform and relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Wix-native accessibility tools and integrations. Accessibility features and functionality are dependent in part on the capabilities of the Wix platform and any third-party integrations.
Despite our efforts, some accessibility limitations may exist. Some uploaded or legacy images may not yet include descriptive alternative text. Embedded tools, plugins, or third-party integrations may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Certain dynamic elements, interactive media, or custom layouts may present accessibility challenges, particularly where platform constraints limit modification. Some downloadable technical documents or PDFs may not yet be fully optimized for accessibility.
Our website is designed to function on modern browsers and devices; however, compatibility may vary depending on browser type and version, assistive technologies used, operating system configurations, and individual user accessibility settings. We recommend using current versions of browsers and assistive technologies for the best experience. Some screen readers may not correctly interpret certain dynamic Wix components. In some cases, keyboard navigation order may not be ideal in complex layouts.
Tier 1 Technologies conducted a self-evaluation of our website’s accessibility using manual review, Wix accessibility tools, and automated scanning tools. We periodically reassess our website and work to improve accessibility as resources and platform capabilities allow.
